YATHRAX collects your Account Credentials (email address and a Unique User Identifier) and Conversation Data. Additionally, to ensure security and serve advertisements, we collect Technical Data including IP addresses and Device Identifiers (such as Android ID). The purpose of this collection is identification and app functionality, not training global models.
Your text input is processed by secure, third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) via encrypted API channels. Privacy Commitment: We utilize developer-tier AI services which strictly prohibit the use of your private conversations for training global AI models.
To ensure a safe experience, we implement strict content filters. Users have the right to report inappropriate, inaccurate, or offensive AI-generated content directly within the chat interface by tapping the Flag Icon (🚩) or "Report" button next to any AI message.
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use unique identifiers on your device to show you personalized ads. You can manage these advertising preferences directly in your Android device settings under Google > Ads.
You maintain Total Data Autonomy: You may delete your entire account and all associated conversation history permanently via the in-app settings menu.
Note on Safety Data: Reports submitted via the AI Reporting Mechanism (Flagging) are retained for 24 months for security auditing, legal compliance, to prevent platform abuse and ensure AI safety.

Request Data Deletion Online →Users have the right to access, correct, or export their personal data. Since YATHRAX provides total data autonomy, most of these actions can be performed directly within the app. For a portable copy of your conversation data, please email us with the subject "Data Export Request."
Conversation history is retained while your account is active. If inactive for 12 months, data may be archived or permanently deleted.
International Transfers: Your data is stored on secure Google Cloud/Firebase servers, which may be located in the United States or Europe.
