YATHRAX is NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency services. Do not use this service to report emergencies or seek life-saving advice. You agree to independently verify any information before taking action.
As between you and YATHRAX, you own all "Input" (the prompts you type) and "Output" (the responses generated). You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and use of the output do not violate any laws or third-party copyrights. YATHRAX retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying software, algorithms, and brand identity.
Free users agree to view Rewarded Ads to earn message credits. Pro users pay a subscription for an ad-free experience. All payments and subscriptions are handled securely through Google Play Billing. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or credit requirements upon notice. Refunds are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies.
You may not use YATHRAX to generate hate speech, sexually explicit content, or instructions for illegal acts. You are strictly prohibited from "prompt injection" attacks, automated scraping, or attempting to reverse-engineer the AI's logic. Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination without refund.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, YATHRAX and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in AI technology or legal regulations. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
